Otley Run
Date: Friday 16th October
Time: 5.15pm
Venue: Woody's Ale House
Details: The Otley Run is a pub crawl consisting of 18 pubs along Otley Road. It's a tradition to do this in fancy dress, and this one's theme is 'Heroes and Villians of the Classical World'. If you do not know where Woody's Ale House is, a group of us will be meeting outside the Parkinson Building at 4.30pm to catch the bus up to Woody's.
Give It A Go
Date: Wednesday 28th October
Time: 6 - 8pm
Venue: Michael Sadler, Room 1.01
Details: Make your own, completely edible, classical monster! Whether you want to create a Medusa, Oedipus, Cyclops or maybe just your very own Underworld monster, come along and use cake, sweets and marshmallows to design a unique classical treat. Just turn up on the day, and there'll be a prize for the best creation! Everyone welcome.
